The site collects various currents of my work. Although there is clear reference to my academic pursuits, much of my effort is focused outside of the academic community. This is an intentional alternative to the confines of school. The invitation is to form an independent community.
After working on it for quite a while, I completed EA on July 23, 2009. I am working on getting the completed novel posted on the site. It developed as an outgrowth of going out to clubs such as Weekends and Club Rio.
My other experimental novels developed some of the themes of my poetry.
I wrote the popular novels as a way to expand my audience and offer a commercial version of my experiments.
I continue to work on works of fiction.
My poems have generally been addressed to a specific person. In this manner, they have existed in region quite distinct from my songs. The poetry exploits the limits of popular expression. It has served me as the bridge to more experimental forms of writing.
Although I might attempt a more thorough presentation on instruction at some point in the future, I offer a glimpse of some material that I used while I was teaching. I felt important to meet some of the assignments that I offered my students. This is the purpose of these notes.
I have been guided in this realm by my work on economics. I offer a few notes that will be expanded into a more thorough treatment.
This is an area for further research. Politics underlies all my artistic pursuits. I intend to make explicit my political foundation.
My interest in economics is an extension of work on narrative theory. The economics is meant to gird some of my political thought. This section of the site is in its early stages of development.
